The project will address the following questions:

-1) In which measure the concepts for  Climate Change adaptation are integrated in policies and enable a coherent design of adaptation to Climate Change policy instrument mix?
2) What are the enabling and limiting factors for an effective implementation of Climate Change adaptation policies articulated across scales and sectors?
3) How the current policy mix is affecting farmers’ current and promoted practice adoption, and related environmental, technical-economic, and social outcomes?
